Insurance Construction Management DBA First Contact Restoration is locally owned and operated by Don and Lisa Baumer.
Don is a member of the Canton and Plymouth Chamber of commerce, with over 25 years of experience in disaster restoration services. Don holds many certifications including IICRC, HAAG, Lead Safety and is a licensed builder in the State of Michigan.

Lisa has over 10 years of insurance background and over 20 years of restoration experience.

We started Insurance Construction Management/First Contact Restoration in an effort to help people in their time of need. We understand the emotional state that property damage can cause and are here to help you every step of the way.
With our trained staff, we will get you back to your pre loss condition in a timely manner and use or professional skills to help you navigate the entire process.
